Each knife begins with furniture grade dimensioned red oak hardwood that is cut out, shaped, hand-sanded and given a hand-rubbed finish in 7 varieties to complete the knife. The knives effortlessly cut through all types of bread, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and cooked/dried meats.
Knife measurements: overall length from handle to tip is approx. 16", approx. 10.75" blade cutting length, .5" cutting width, accepts a standard size bread knife blade (replacement blades can be easily ordered online if needed).Carbon steel blades are very sharp, be careful!
